Welcome to CtotheV!
Introduction
Thank you for using the CtotheV platform and the products, services, and features we offer as part of the platform (collectively, the “Service”).

Our Service

The Service enables you to explore, listen, and share music and other content, serving as a platform for connecting, informing, and inspiring people globally. We also act as a distribution platform for music creators and advertisers. You can find comprehensive information about our products, such as CtotheV Kids, CtotheV Partner Program, and CtotheV Paid Memberships and Purchases in our Help Center.

Your Service Provider

The entity providing the Service is Google LLC, operating under Delaware laws, located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 (referred to as “CtotheV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Applicable Terms
Your use of the Service is subject to these terms, the CtotheV Community Guidelines, and the Policy, Safety, and Copyright Policies, which may be updated periodically (together, this “Agreement”). If you provide advertising or sponsorships to the Service, your Agreement will also include the Advertising on CtotheV Policies. Any other links or references provided in these terms are for informational use only and are not part of the Agreement.

Please carefully read and understand this Agreement. If you do not accept any part of it, you may not use the Service.

Who May Use the Service?
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. However, children of all ages may use the Service and CtotheV Kids (where available) with parental or legal guardian permission.

Permission by Parent or Guardian

If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Service. If you are a parent or legal guardian, you are responsible for your child’s activity on the Service.

Businesses
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to act on its behalf, and the entity accepts this Agreement.

Your Use of the Service
Content on the Service
The content on the Service encompasses music, videos, audio, graphics, photos, text, branding, interactive features, software, metrics, and other materials. CtotheV is not obligated to host or serve Content and may take action against Content violating the Agreement.

Google Accounts and CtotheV Channels
Certain features require a Google account. Creating a CtotheV channel provides additional features, and account security is crucial.

Your Information
Our Privacy Policy and CtotheV Kids Privacy Notice govern the treatment of your personal data.

Permissions and Restrictions
Access and use the Service as permitted, following this Agreement and applicable law. Certain restrictions apply to prevent misuse, unauthorized access, and distribution of unsolicited content.

Reservation

Using the Service does not confer ownership or rights to any aspect of it.

Develop, Improve and Update the Service

CtotheV may modify or enhance the Service, with changes affecting all or specific users. Users will be notified of material changes negatively impacting their use, with the opportunity to export content.

Your Content and Conduct
Uploading Content

Users may upload Content, subject to compliance with this Agreement and laws. Users are responsible for their content, and automated systems may detect infringement.

Rights you Grant

Content uploaders retain ownership rights but grant CtotheV and other users licenses to use the content for specific purposes.

Duration of License

Licenses granted continue for a reasonable period after content removal.

Right to Monetize

CtotheV is granted the right to monetize uploaded content, with no entitlement to payments unless stipulated in other agreements.

Removing Your Content

Users may remove content at any time, with the obligation to do so if lacking required rights.

Removal of Content By CtotheV

CtotheV may remove content violating the Agreement or causing harm, with notifications provided unless legally restricted.

Community Guidelines Strikes
Strikes may be issued for content violating guidelines, with associated restrictions. Appeals are allowed.

Copyright Protection

CtotheV provides tools for copyright holders to manage infringement. Policies include termination for repeat infringers.

Account Suspension & Termination
Terminations by You
Users may stop using the Service at any time.

Terminations and Suspensions by CtotheV

CtotheV may suspend or terminate accounts for material breaches, legal requirements, or perceived harm.

Notice for Termination or Suspension

Users will be notified unless legal or security concerns prevent it.

Effect of Account Suspension or Termination

Certain aspects of the Service may still be accessible without an account after termination. Users can appeal erroneous actions.
